I’m keeping Alex King’s Twitter Tools plugin for Wordpress active at blogs4God, but I’m not going to use it to tweet posts as I think there’s a bug with scheduled posts.
Instead, I’m also going to add PingFMPress to handle tweeting of scheduled posts …

… which will hopefull fire off at about 11:50 [...]
